Keep Fighting – Team IAM’s rise to the top (10)

Watched by over 3.5 billion people worldwide, the Tour de France is the pinnacle of professional cycling for racers and fans alike. Of the 198 riders who start the 3.360 km race, over 60 riders will be defeated before they get to Paris. For Swiss World Tour Team IAM Cycling 2015 marks their second year at this prestigious race. Their mission: to break into Top 10 with their team leader Mathias Frank. A feat no Swiss team has achieved since the 1950s. This is their story…

Usually we’d say “Keep Fighting” is a typical underdog story, but we’re dealing with a Swiss team here. There’s no such thing like underdogs once the alpine state focuses on a certain goal. The free and one hour short documentary offers a deep and unusual look behind the scenes and how Swiss precision alone won’t be enough to do the job.

Only three years after the team was introduced, team founder and general manager Michel Thétaz informed the World that IAM Cycling will continue, but in different form. The costs were to high to be generated by only one Sponsor, but others aren’t in sight.
